👩💼 What is your role here?
My current role is Administrative Assistant, where I assist our residents and help make them feel valued and welcome every single day.
📅 What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day as an assistant to the General Manager in a senior living community is fast-paced, people-focused, and very organized! I’m often the “hub” connecting residents, families, department heads, vendors, and staff while helping the General Manager keep the community running smoothly.
💙 What motivates you in your work?
Our residents motivate me to do my very best every day. I also love helping my fellow team members whenever possible. To me, this isn’t just a job — it’s my purpose.
🎉 How long have you been part of our team?
Debbie has been part of our community for 5 wonderful years!
🎭 If you could switch jobs with someone for a day, who would it be?
I would love to switch roles with the Activity Director for a day! She brings so much joy to our residents, keeps them involved, and helps them do the things they truly love.

Our residents had a wonderful time celebrating Cinco de Mayo! 🌮🎉
We enjoyed a delicious taco lunch, had lots of laughs playing cactus ring toss, and of course—everyone loved taking a swing at the piñata! 🪅
